Our vision for a Training Center at Manila is currently under Study. It is estimated to offer its services by the end of 2019. Once ready, the training center will be able to provide Comprehensive Culinary Training Courses (Theoretical & Practical)
Continuously training and guidance will assist Galley Crew to enhance their knowledge and assist them to develop the right conscience in order to try and create new things out of their comfort zone.
EAP’s experts, will assist the Galley Crew to understand in more details the principles of a healthy nutrition, making them to adapt and use deferent cooking practices and methods, while serving also tasty meals, but more healthier and balanced.
Consequently be able to better manage their time and start producing self-made goodies from scratch ingredients and avoid purchasing ready-made mixes that are, costly, unhealthy and full of preservatives.
Last but not least, a proper management and rotation of the provisions stock will assist them to prevent any spoilage and maintain their feeding rates within the pre-agreed limits.
